Best spinning or turbo training music!
After reading a few post about the best music to use for spinning classes I thought it was about time to add my selection and give you some tips on what I think are some of the best motivational tracks. These are tracks which I have gathered over the last 14 years of teaching beginner and master classes all over the UK.
I welcome your comments and suggestions. I will continue to add to the list as time allows of course.
Obvisouly some spinning tracks can be very personal and what motivates one might not inspire another, my personal favourites are tracks with little vocal but alot of heavy rythm and base lines, something different. If I had to pick one favourite spinning track it would be Come with us – Chemical Brothers, I normally play this very early on in the class to set a good motivated high energy tempo and tone, it build and builds until it suddenly expoldes into this fast rythm full of base and energy. Click the link and listen.
I also use a lot of Dance and Trance music in some hardcore classes, but below is alot of the tracks which I throw in to mix it up and allow some steady state riding.
